Jeff was great. This is my first time bringing my truck to Rayco. I will be bringing my cars back to Rayco. Thank you for the professionalism and the honesty.

They were friendly, fast, and seemed to have integrity in their business dealings. They fixed my AC for a reasonable price and didn't try to sell me on anything extra or unnecessary. I'll definitely go there again!

I have been trusting my vehicles to these guys for over fifteen years! I can't say enough good things about them . They are honest, do great work and stand behind it, never try to sell you things you don't need, and their prices are fair.

There a good little shop that is helpful. The place is very neat considering how small it is and the fact that it is a Mom and Pop shop.

We live nearby and always go to Rayco for oil changes and other normal (non-hybrid-related) stuff. Jeff and his crew are always friendly and helpful; they do a good job at reasonable prices. Totally trustworthy; they never recommend service you don't need, and they don't do anything without asking first - so there are no surprises when it's time to pay. They're more careful with my budget than I am! They do get busy so call ahead.

Always professional wait is worth the drive people are friendly fair prices.

Joe and I have had our autos serviced from Jeff, and his staff since 1986. As of this writing, the same mechanics are still working side by side with him. We would never consider another place for service. Jeff, and his team deliver above, and beyond in many things. Prompt service, excellent quality with work, definitely honest, reasonable, fair, kind, and one thing I admire about them all is, how they stop what they are doing to listen to their customers, and give advice at any given time of the day if needed. I feel these men are the best, and they deserve to be acknowledged. Service your auto at Rayco, and you will know my words are true. You will not ever be disappointed! ;)

I have been using Rayco for my car service for at least 4 years now. This is a friendly and honest car repair company that gives you the correct information. As a woman I have been to many car repair places that try and scare you into paying too much for car repairs. Rayco is one of the best repair places you could take your car!

Jeff and Dan have been our family mechanics for 20 years. When we first moved to Phoenix we had to find a shop that didn't charge us "out of town" prices. We stayed with Jeff's Rayco through 5 cars of all makes. These guys are great. I've even caught them working on an old Bentley and Rolls Royce!

We have taken our family and business vehicles to Rayco for nearly twenty years. I have never been disappointed in their quality service or their competitive prices. Recently, a family member relocated to California and experienced car problems. I felt totally helpless and realized how much we depend on Jeff and his staff for all our automotive needs. Rick was upfront with me regarding a compressor for my A/C. I've had other shops try to get me to commit to lots of repairs. They fixed my A/C in the same day. Then, when a hose developed a leak 2 weeks later, they repaired it free.

I've been to Rayco many times through the years and they are always helpful, prompt, and I'm always pleased with the work they do.

After reading the reviews on here, I took my Jeep to Rayco. Jeff gave me a great quote and performed the repairs very quickly. I'm glad to have found an honest shop that performs quality work.

After going to 2 chain stores (Sun Devil in Gilbert & Brakes Plus in Ahwatukee)I found Rayco on Kudzu. I took LONG lists of repairs the shops gave me. Rayco checked all systems on my car, showed me everything and EXPLAINED it well. They even found 2 problems the others didn't find! The other shops were 85% LYING to me about work I needed. Rayco checked all items from the other shops' lists & explained the TRUTH. They showed me all the areas the other shops said were broken. They showed me the truth and it made sense to me. Rayco FIXED the battery work Brakes Plus did (Brakes Plus did "battery service" for $30 but did NOTHING but wipe off the battery top. 5 days later my car wouldn't start-the battery connections were shot!) Rayco put in a new battery and did REAL battery service for $120. THAT is a deal! When I went to Rayco I was terrified of the $1,200 quotes the other companies gave. Rayco did JUST the work needed now and explained the work I'd need down the road (not NOW like the other guys said, scaring me with their lies of my car being "unsafe to drive"). I will ALWAYS take my car to Rayco for EVERYTHING and NEVER go to the lying cheats at chain stores. I wish I'd found Rayco before because I KNOW I've been robbed by Sun Devil for years!

As a woman, I always feel that mechanics and dealerships are trying to rip me off (probably because some have and some have definitely tried). I found this car service shop using Kudzu and I was not disappointed. I met with Jeff and he was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the steps he would take to diagnose my car's transmission problem and he kept me informed every step of the way. He perfomed only what needed to be done and didn't cost me additional money with add ons. I really felt that he was honest, capable, and easy to approach. He even fit in a last-minute oil change that same day even though he was busy. I will definitely be returning for my future car's maintenance.

Jeff is amazing! Their service is superb. I have never dealt with a more honest mechanic in my life. It's good to see that there are still decent people in the world! He is like a small town mechanic in the big city. He knows his customers and treats them all like family. It's nice to know that a single woman who is new to this city can be treated with respect, unlike several other mechanics in town! I will send everyone I know to Rayco from now on! Even though I live nearly 30 minutes away!

New to the area and tried this location based on reviews here. Work was done as explained and the price was what was quoted. After a couple of months I can say that the recommended repair did the trick and I will return when I need service on my car.

The work on my car was extensive. However, even after a couple of extras found, the total amount was barely above the original estimate. I felt I was treated with honesty and was happy with the quality of the work. I will go back if I ever have a problem or need a major scheduled maintenance.

When our check engine light came on we were unsure what to do. The shops we'd gone to before had consistently disappointed us by losing paperwork, doing the wrong work, etc. We found Rayco through Kudzu and we couldn't be happier! Rayco's staff are very friendly, the service is fast and seems very honest, and the prices were certainly reasonable. We will definitely be bringing our car back to Rayco for any future service. (and considering my car is 11 years old, that will likely be quite a bit!)
